We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Associate to join our Basingstoke-based team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering project management services across a wide range of sectors, including construction, infrastructure, and programme management.
Key Responsibilities- Develop strong collaborative relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project team members
- Lead the delivery of project management commissions, ensuring successful outcomes
- Manage project team outputs, adhering to agreed timescales and quality standards
- Oversee the coordination and sign-off of management information produced by the project team
- Provide line management and mentoring to team members, ensuring they have current and relevant training
- Participate in business development opportunities, identifying and acting upon cross-selling opportunities
- Manage tender documents, appraisals, and negotiations
- Work experience within a similar consultancy or relevant business
- Ability to live locally to the office or willingness to relocate
