Brief Overview of Role / Project:- Manage and lead teams in the delivery of work packages or project stages in partnership with customers and business units to ensure acceptance, closure, and handover to services.
- Define work package or project stage requirements and manage the agreement process of requirements and objectives.
- Operate to client working practices ensuring compliance with relevant local policies.
- Report to Project or Program Managers through Highlight Reports and stage assessments.
- Manage risks associated with deliverables of projects or work packages.
- Ensure the impact on business units' profit and loss due to project activities within the scope of projects is clearly visible and that all contingency usage is signed-off by appropriate governance authorities.
- Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders (customers and subcontractors), typically at project level.
- Ensure own objectives are aligned to Project or Program objectives.
- Actively support projects to comply with associated policies.
- A knowledge of Agile principles is an advantage.
