About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Gymnastics Coach to join our team at Freedom Leisure. As a Gymnastics Coach, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality coaching sessions to children and adults, promoting physical activity and improving overall wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Gymnastics coaching sessions to individuals and groups, following the British Gymnastics award scheme.
  • Develop and implement coaching plans to meet the needs of participants, promoting progression and achievement.
  • Provide feedback and guidance to participants, promoting a positive and supportive learning environment.
  • Work collaboratively with other coaches and staff to ensure a high-quality service is delivered.
  • Contribute to the development of coaching programs and initiatives, promoting the benefits of Gymnastics and physical activity.
Requirements
  • Nationally recognised Gymnastics coaching qualification.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with participants, colleagues, and parents.
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic, with a passion for coaching and promoting physical activity.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, with a flexible approach to meet the needs of the service.
  • Good organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
