About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Gymnastics Coach to join our team at Freedom Leisure. As a Gymnastics Coach, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality coaching sessions to children and adults, promoting physical activity and well-being in our local communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Gymnastics coaching sessions to children and adults, following the British Gymnastics award scheme.
  • Develop and implement coaching plans to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all participants.
  • Work collaboratively with other coaches and staff to achieve team goals.
  • Contribute to the development of our coaching team, sharing knowledge and best practices.
Requirements
  • Nationally recognised Gymnastics coaching qualification.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with children, adults, and colleagues.
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic, with a passion for coaching and promoting physical activity.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, prioritising tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
