We are working with a leading UK insurance brand to recruit a skilled High Net Worth Underwriter. This is a fantastic chance to join a successful and growing insurer, with a wide range of development opportunities and the chance to work with a brand new underwriting platform.
Key Responsibilities:- Meet set targets for profitability, GWP, conversion, and retention.
- Develop sales skills and appreciate sales and underwriting strategy.
- Negotiate with internal and external parties, identifying key contacts within brokers.
- Challenge non-standard underwriting decisions, leveraging Product Specialists and Underwriting Managers.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive profitable growth.
- Previous experience in Personal Lines Underwriting is essential.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
- Dip CII qualification is ideal.
