Senior Tax Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Tax Manager to join our team at TPF Recruitment. As a key member of our tax team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing tax advisory services, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of clients, providing tax planning and advisory services to ensure optimal tax outcomes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored tax solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in tax legislation and regulations, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and guidelines.
- Collaborate with other team members to deliver high-quality tax services, including tax planning, compliance, and advisory.
- Contribute to the growth and development of the tax team, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive business success.
- CTA qualified or equivalent tax qualification.
- Strong leadership and personnel management skills, with experience in managing client relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex tax data and provide clear recommendations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in using tax software and systems.
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of £65,000-£85,000 dependent on experience and background, plus a highly competitive benefits package.
The role is based at our Head Office in Worthing, although we are flexible on location and can consider candidates based in our other offices in London, Exeter, or Cheltenham. We operate an agile working policy, providing flexibility in terms of office hours and homeworking.
