About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading firm of chartered accountants in Worthing, West Sussex. Our client is a multinational company with a strong presence in the UK and internationally, and they are looking for a Senior Tax Manager to join their tax team.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of clients and provide expert tax advice to help them achieve their financial goals.
- Work closely with the heads of tax to deliver high-end income and capital tax planning work and compliance for HNWI internationally mobile individuals and Trusts.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues to drive business growth and deliver exceptional results.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in tax legislation and regulations to ensure compliance and provide expert advice to clients.
- CTA qualified or equivalent.
- Strong leadership and personnel management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams/Video Calls.
- Proven experience in forming and maintaining client relationships.
- Excellent analytical and time management skills with attention to detail.
- 7 years of experience within a tax role.
- 2 years post-qualification experience.
- Knowledge of non-UK domiciled taxation matters.
Dependent on experience and background, negotiable. A highly competitive benefits package is also on offer.
The role is based at our Head Office in Worthing, although we are flexible on location and therefore this role could be based in our other offices in London, Exeter, or Cheltenham. Knowing our Head Office is in Worthing, it is essential to bear in mind and understand that you may be required to travel to Worthing from time to time. We currently operate an agile working policy providing flexibility in terms of office hours and homeworking. This role is full-time hours per week, but we are happy to talk about flexible working.
