We are seeking a highly motivated Property Manager to join our Lettings Department in Canterbury. As a Property Manager, you will provide property management and tenancy support services to branches, landlords, and tenants.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a central point of contact managing the effective resolution of queries from clients and staff.
- Provide expert advice to branch and customers, particularly in relation to the implications of relevant legislation.
- Maintain a central register of contractors and ensure that they have the correct qualifications.
- Oversee customer service, ensuring works and renewals are carried out in a timely manner and monitor chasing up invoices and inspection of works and Tenancy Agreements.
- Monitor workloads to ensure that deadlines are met and service levels are adhered to.
- Assist with complicated cases and tenancies, advising PC, Landlord, and Tenant of options, along with liaising with LSC and branch.
- Full UK Driving License and access to own vehicle.
- Strong customer service skills and confident communicator.
- Good team player.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills.
- Good analytical ability.
