We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable Neonatal Nurse to join our dynamic team at East Cheshire NHS Trust. As a key member of our neonatal unit, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, safe, and family-centered care to infants and their families.
Main Responsibilities- Deliver individualized care to newborns, including special and high-dependency care, and short-term intensive care for sick and preterm infants.
- Collaborate with maternity staff to care for babies requiring transitional care on our maternity ward.
- Work as a shift lead, supporting band 5 nurses and midwives on shift, and participate in a 24-hour rota.
- Develop and implement holistic care plans, emphasizing partnership with children and their families.
- Registered Nurse or Midwife qualification.
- Neonatal QIS certification.
- Mentor Assessor qualification.
