Assistant Manager Job Description

As an Assistant Manager at Greene King, you will play a vital role in the success of our pubs. You will be responsible for supporting the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the business and leading the team in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the business and leading the team in their absence.
  • Bring our brand to life by leading the team in delivering amazing experiences for our customers.
  • Act as a role model for the team, supporting with training and development.
  • Be a champion of brand standards and ensure customer and team safety at all times.
Requirements:
  • You will be passionate about delivering amazing experiences for customers.
  • You will be great with people, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • You will have the ability to think on your feet and adapt to whatever challenges arise during a busy shift.
  • You will have a keen eye for detail and a desire to uphold high standards in all that you do.
