Senior Biostatistics Lead

Join our team as a Senior Biostatistics Lead and take on a leadership role in our Biostatistics and Programming activities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, monitoring, and reviewing activities of biostatisticians and programmers working on assigned programs of studies. Your expertise in clinical trials methodology, regulatory requirements, and statistical software packages, including SAS, will be essential in ensuring the delivery of high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Biostatistics and Programming activities for programs of studies of high complexity and/or high value
  • Develop and implement statistical analysis plans, including the definition of derived data and the design of statistical tables, figures, and data listings
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Degree in statistics, biostatistics, or related field
  • Experience in statistics, biostatistics, or related field
  • Knowledge of clinical trials methodology, regulatory requirements, and statistical software packages, including SAS
