About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Recovery Coordinator to join our team at Change Grow Live. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting service users affected by opiate use, providing tailored interventions and promoting recovery-focused detoxification plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive support to service users throughout their treatment and recovery journey.
  • Implement evidence-based interventions to reduce harm caused by opiate use, including group sessions and one-on-one engagement.
  • Collaborate with other organisations and the community to enhance recovery resources available to service users.
  • Advocate for the involvement of family members, service users, and the community in the recovery process.
  • Work closely with service users to facilitate their social reintegration, promoting recovery, resilience, peer support, and self-determination.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with partner agencies, including GPs and pharmacists, to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in delivering interventions for service users affected by substances, particularly opiate use.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in IT systems.
  • Ability to work independently, with strong time management and prioritisation skills.
  • Strong understanding of mental health interventions, services, and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse professionals, agencies, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to navigate change effectively, prioritising the needs of service users.
  • Commitment to adhering to information governance processes and safeguarding requirements.

  • Competitive salary range of £27-£31,529.41, dependent on experience.
