Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Recovery Worker to join our multidisciplinary team at Maple House Rehabilitation Unit. As a Recovery Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our service users to equip them with the skills required for community living and increased independence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support service users to develop skills and confidence in daily living activities
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support
  • Provide individualized support to service users to promote recovery and independence
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a challenging environment. You will also need to be flexible and able to work shift patterns, including weekends and bank holidays.
