Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at one of our stunning country pubs. As Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the General Manager in leading the team to success. Your passion and drive will motivate your team to deliver excellent guest experiences, mentoring each individual to be the best they can be.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the business, taking on the role of Duty Manager when required.
  • Train and inspire your team to deliver food, drink, and service that exceeds our high standards.
  • Be a role model and guide development within your team, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Lead the team to deliver moments that WOW our guests, keeping them coming back for more.
