Key responsibilities include:

* Defining, implementing, and analyzing work management and maintenance efficiency KPIs based on existing industry guidance and best practice.
* Developing and maintaining maintenance plans and execution on the Triton Asset.
* Ensuring the offshore delivery of Asset Integrity and Fabric Maintenance of the asset, ensuring internal service provision to the assets.
* Assessing and budgeting for all activities relating to Asset Maintenance and Asset Integrity and ensuring the team is appropriately resourced to deliver effectively against the strategies.
* Leading and enhancing the development of Maintenance methodologies and striving for consistent, high levels of performance and delivery to production operations.
* Ensuring backlog and fore log levels are risk assessed and managed within acceptable standards.

In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring reliability studies (RAM/FMECA etc) are available, considered, and applied to develop a robust and assessed reliability process to enhance asset performance.

The role also involves contract ownership of Fabric Maintenance and other related contracts as specified.
