Job Summary

This role will work closely with the functional organization to develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance strategy that aligns with the company's production operations priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a fit-for-purpose maintenance strategy that ensures the asset's integrity and reliability.
  • Oversee the definition, implementation, and analysis of work management and maintenance efficiency KPIs based on industry best practices.
  • Define and execute maintenance plans and ensure their alignment with business requirements and head office standards.
  • Assess and budget for all activities related to asset maintenance and integrity, ensuring the team is adequately resourced to deliver effectively.
  • Lead the development of maintenance methodologies and strive for consistent, high levels of performance and delivery to production operations.
  • Ensure backlog and forelog levels are risk-assessed and managed within acceptable standards.
  • Collaborate with management teams to develop a positive culture that preserves the company's integrity and delivers excellence in HSEQ within the Dana Petroleum business.
  • Ensure reliability studies (RAM/FMECA, etc.) are available, considered, and applied to develop a robust and assessed reliability process to enhance asset performance.
  • Own contract management for fabric maintenance and other related contracts as specified.
HSEQ Responsibilities

As a representative of Dana Petroleum, you will be responsible for:

  • Familiarizing yourself with the company's policies, including those on HSE, Risk Management, and Major Hazards.
  • Understanding the One Dana Management System and its implications for day-to-day work.
  • Awareness of all associated risks for People, the Environment, Assets, and Reputation (PEAR).
  • Participating in job or HSEQ training and instruction provided by or on behalf of Dana Petroleum.
Requirements
  • Demonstrable work experience in a similar role is essential.
  • Experience working with an aging asset is desirable.
  • Maintenance experience, including planning and offshore experience, is required.
  • Maintenance management systems experience, preferably with Maximo, is an advantage.
  • Experience in developing, implementing, and achieving success with maintenance KPIs and maintenance strategies is essential.
  • Highest standards of ethical and professional behavior, consistent with the company's values and business conduct policies, are expected.
