Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Trainee IT Sales Executive. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, while also working closely with our Account Managers to increase revenue for the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential new clients to identify new business opportunities
  • Book meetings and appointments for our Account Managers to increase face-to-face interactions with clients
  • Research and identify new business leads for specific fields and vendors
  • Attend industry events and webinars to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term business growth
  • Maintain a high level of industry and product knowledge to provide expert advice to clients
  • Work in a target-driven environment, liaising with our Sales Manager to report activity and achieve sales targets

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1 year's B2B sales experience is essential
  • IT experience or technical knowledge would be advantageous, although not essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • Confident making outbound calls to potential clients and customers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Driven and motivated individual who thrives in a sales environment
