Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Continuity and Resilience Manager to join our team at Tria. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving disaster recovery and business continuity management across the entire organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure minimal disruption to our operations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment with company business continuity management plans.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Plan and execute business continuity and disaster recovery tests to ensure effectiveness.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies to ensure our organization remains resilient.

Requirements:

  • 10 years of experience in IT business-related roles, with 5-7 years of experience in disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
  • Strong technical background with a good understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, systems, and applications.
  • Experience in planning and executing business continuity and disaster recovery tests.
  • BCP/CBCP certification or ITIL foundation certificate or higher, or a Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
