Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management of documents while adhering to security classifications
  • Regulate project documentation in line with established protocols
  • Preserve both electronic and physical documents for configuration management
  • Collaborate with Document Control regarding incoming documents
  • Circulate approved documents to relevant internal and external parties
  • Coordinate documentation and data across Amentum
  • Ensure adherence to document control standards
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports
  • Engage with Programme Teams and Suppliers to facilitate efficient documentation flow
  • Generate internal and external reports as required
  • Utilize standardized forms and templates

Required Experience:

  • Familiarity with document control systems
  • Experience in maintaining a Master Document Register for complex projects
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
