Workshop Parts Supervisor

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Workshop Parts Supervisor to join our team at LSH Auto UK Limited. As a key member of our workshop team, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of our parts department, supporting our technicians to deliver excellent service and maintain high standards of vehicle repair.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the workshop parts department, ensuring timely and accurate supply of parts to minimize vehicle downtime.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external suppliers to maintain smooth operations and optimize inventory.
  • Manage stock levels, implement strategies to drive efficiency, productivity, and profitability, and lead the parts team to achieve high performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the workshop and service teams to ensure all parts requirements are met efficiently.

Requirements

  • Experience in a parts management role within the automotive industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • A customer-focused approach, aligned with our core values of innovation, collaboration, and integrity.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
