Workshop Parts Manager

LSH AUTO is seeking a highly skilled Workshop Parts Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our workshop team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our parts department.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the workshop parts department.
- Ensure timely and accurate supply of parts to the workshop to minimize vehicle downtime.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external suppliers to maintain smooth operations.
- Manage stock levels, optimize inventory, and ensure effective stock control.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the parts team to achieve high performance and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the workshop and service teams to ensure all parts requirements are met efficiently.

- Experience in a parts management role within the automotive industry.
