Join Our Team as a Project Manager - Engineering Capital Projects

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead engineering capital projects that drive innovation and growth within our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing complex projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery, and exceeding customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including site directors, engineers, and operations staff, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Lead project teams to deliver high-quality results, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and changes, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical) or relevant qualifications and experience.
  • Proven experience in project management within a regulated manufacturing environment, preferably in FMCG or food and beverage.
  • Strong leadership, governance, and process management skills, with the ability to manage complex projects.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to health, safety, and quality, with experience implementing GMP standards.
