Technical Writer Opportunity

Spectrum IT Recruitment is seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join our client's team in Bracknell, Berkshire. As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating, reviewing, and updating technical documentation and instructions for end-users to maximize the use of the company's platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality technical documentation and instructions
  • Review and update existing documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and requirements
  • Apply technical subject matter expertise to create engaging and user-friendly content

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 2+ years of software technical writing experience
  • Strong proofreading and copy editing skills
  • Technical subject matter understanding

Desirable Skills:

  • German, Dutch, or Japanese language skills
  • Agile methodology experience
  • Proficiency in tools such as RoboHelp, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Acrobat
