Position Overview

Are you a skilled CCTV Operations Manager seeking a new challenge?

FM Conway is on the lookout for a dedicated CCTV Operations Manager to become part of our Water and Drainage Division. This role is a full-time, permanent position that will involve a combination of day and night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

As our CCTV Operations Manager, your primary focus will be conducting CCTV inspections of drainage systems and evaluating pipe conditions to generate comprehensive drainage reports.

  • Overseeing and coordinating ground-level personnel and CCTV operations
  • Ensuring high-quality survey reporting standards
  • Managing a well-organized program of works
  • Maintaining accurate records
  • Collaborating with team members while engaging directly with clients and management to discuss findings, organizing onsite work, and proactively addressing queries or issues
  • Occasionally entering confined spaces may be required

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess OS19X/MCSS4 or higher qualifications, a current CSCS card, and a valid UK driving license. Drainage experience is essential, and confined space experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
