About The Role

We're seeking enthusiastic individuals to become part of our Butlin's Team. As a Bar Team Member, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests in our vibrant entertainment venues.


Our teams create unforgettable experiences for our guests, and we're looking for talented individuals to join our bar, restaurant, and leisure teams.

No prior experience is necessary, as we'll provide comprehensive training to help you develop the skills and confidence you need to succeed.

About You

While experience is preferred, we're happy to teach you the ins and outs of working with our team. If you have a warm and friendly demeanor and enjoy interacting with people, we'd love to hear from you.


As a great team player, you should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be willing to try new things. Our resorts operate during the week and on weekends, so you'll need to be flexible with your availability.
