Bars Venue Director

At Butlin's, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bars Venue Manager to lead our day-to-day operations within their venue. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for promoting a culture focused on delivering an amazing guest experience while driving brand profit and growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the venue team, focusing on promoting a culture that delivers an amazing guest experience and drives brand profit and growth.
- Closely monitor P&L, guest NPS, and feedback to ensure the venue and team are set up for success.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage rotas based on fluctuating guest volumes and ensure accurate payroll spend.
- Provide coaching, training, and feedback to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across the resort, other resorts, and Butlins central support teams.
- Monitor team retention and utilise exit interviews to address opportunities to increase retention scores.
- Previous experience leading a venue within an F&B or Retail environment.
- Strong experience of being guest/customer facing and dealing with a range of queries and sometimes complaints directly.
- Good commercial acumen and experience of managing rotas based on fluctuating guest volumes.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and manage multiple priorities.
