About the Role

The GAP Group Limited is seeking a skilled Service Driver to join our Welfare Services division. As a Service Driver, you will be responsible for loading, delivering, and collecting hire equipment to and from customer sites in a timely and professional manner.

The Role

Our team is responsible for hiring a range of portable chemical toilets and ADA-approved wheelchair access units, as well as mobile eco-welfare units. As a Service Driver, you will be required to:

  • Loading and delivering hire equipment to customer sites
  • Collecting hire equipment from customer sites
  • Conducting hire equipment demonstrations and ensuring all relevant checks and administration are completed accurately
  • Performing service, cleaning, and maintenance tasks on portable toilets and welfare units

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Significant experience working in a driving role delivering and collecting equipment from customer sites
  • A Category B+E or C1+E driving license and a minimum of 35 hours completed Driver CPC
  • Experience in towing and a digital tachograph card
  • An understanding of Health & Safety protocols and the ability to follow these guidelines in the workplace
  • Excellent customer service skills and strong attention to detail
