Radis Community Care is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to provide essential assistance within our Extra Care Scheme.
Role Responsibilities
As a Support Worker, your primary focus will be on aiding elderly individuals who may struggle with physical limitations, ensuring they can enjoy a degree of independence. Your duties will include:
- Facilitating movement for residents with limited mobility to dining areas during meal times, social spaces for activities, and their private rooms as needed.
- Assisting residents with personal care tasks, including bathing, hygiene maintenance, and dressing.
- Engaging residents in both physical and mental activities through recreational and social events, either individually or in groups.
Your role is vital in promoting the residents' independence, dignity, and respect by adhering to the highest standards of care.
