**Job Title:** Project Worker/Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Project Worker/Support Worker in a care home for children aged between. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our service users, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assisting children with daily tasks, such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
  • Providing emotional support and guidance to children with challenging behaviors
  • Engaging in fun activities and outings with the children
  • Collaborating with other staff members to ensure a smooth and efficient service

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum of 6 months care experience
  • Ability to work flexible shift patterns, including evenings and weekends
  • Driver is not essential, but training can be provided
