**Enterprise Sales Executive Opportunity**

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Executive to join our team at IT Recruitment Solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with enterprise-level clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual sales targets exceeding £2M+
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at enterprise-level clients
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold prospecting, lead generation, and account management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver sales solutions that meet client needs
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales records and reports

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in the data protection, compliance, or MSP industry
  • Strong industry knowledge of customer data, privacy, and data protection
  • Ability to work independently and manage own diary and hours
  • Willingness to travel to UK-based client locations as needed
  • UK-based location required

What We Offer:

  • A highly competitive financial package, including a base salary of £80,000 + commission, OTE £250k
