Compensation: Day: £48 | Night: £52 | Saturday: £52 | Sunday: £58

Position Overview: In the role of an Out of Hours Clinician, you will deliver exceptional care for minor injuries and illnesses at our Urgent Treatment Centre. You will work autonomously while being supported by a highly skilled team of nurses and general practitioners. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to guide and mentor band six and student Emergency Nurse Practitioners. We offer a diverse range of shifts, with significant opportunities available during weekends, evenings, and overnight hours.

Candidate Profile:

  • Outstanding communication and self-management abilities.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in managing minor injuries and illnesses.
  • Experienced Senior Clinical Practitioner.
  • Familiarity with Adastra software (training will be provided).
  • Willingness to drive for mobile shifts (valid driver's license required).
  • Ability to consult with patients across all age groups, including children.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Curriculum Vitae
  • Evidence of V300 Prescriber qualification
  • Minor Injury and Illness Level 7 certifications
  • DBS, identification, and immunization records
  • Current mandatory training certifications

Desirable Skills:

  • Competence in X-Ray procedures
  • Experience in suturing
  • Background in palliative care
  • Skills in catheterization (male & female)
