Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Test Engineer to join our team at Perpetual Engineering Partnerships Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining risk assessments, providing project updates, and conducting tests to high professional standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain risk assessments specific to testing projects
  • Provide regular project updates and deliver test reports accurately and on time
  • Conduct tests to high professional standards, ensuring efficient use of resources
  • Analyse and validate test data, ensuring equipment calibration and up-to-date project documentation
  • Identify and implement improvements in work systems and data handling processes
  • Engage with customers and in-house teams throughout the test program lifecycle
Requirements:
  • Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent experience
  • Experience in driveline testing is desirable but not essential
  • Familiarity with test bed control systems, CAN communications, CAD, and data acquisition would benefit your application
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Willingness to learn, adaptable, and a team player with a customer-focused approach
