PA Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Asbestos Surveyor to join our team.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the safety of buildings and occupants by identifying and managing asbestos-containing materials.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive Asbestos Management Surveys to assess the presence and condition of asbestos within properties.
  • Perform detailed Asbestos Refurbishment Surveys to identify asbestos-containing materials that may be disturbed during renovation or construction projects.
  • Carry out thorough Asbestos Demolition Surveys to ensure the safe removal of asbestos-containing materials during demolition activities.
  • Collect and analyze asbestos samples with precision and adherence to strict safety protocols.
Your Qualifications:
  • Possess a P402 certificate or equivalent RSPH Level 3 qualification in Asbestos Surveying.
  • Demonstrate extensive experience working within the asbestos industry, with a proven track record of successful project completion.
  • Exhibit exceptional attention to detail, diligence, and efficiency in all your tasks.
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of Health & Safety practices specifically related to asbestos handling and management.
  • Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, ensuring clear and concise reporting.
  • Familiarity with TEAMS system is advantageous.
  • Hold a valid UK Driving Licence.
