Your Role:

As an Asbestos Analyst/Surveyor, you’ll be part of a dynamic team, conducting varied projects with a focus on safety and precision. Key responsibilities include:


Surveyor Responsibilities:


Conduct Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition Asbestos Surveys in line with regulatory requirements.

Visit multiple sites daily, across domestic and commercial settings.

Ensure all surveys meet our exacting standards and comply with UKAS guidelines.

Produce accurate, detailed reports while meeting KPI targets.

Analyst Responsibilities:


Perform Air Fibre Monitoring, including Personal, Background, Reassurance and 4 Stage Clearances.

Travel to multiple sites with a company vehicle.

Conduct surveys with attention to detail and perform QC/RICE slide readings.

Full training will be provided to ensure work is conducted to the highest standard.

About You:

BOHS P402, P403, and P404 certifications (or equivalent).

Full UK Driving Licence and flexibility to travel extensively.

Ability to work outside standard hours and undertake overtime when required.
