About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Animation Specialist to join our team at zeroG - AI in Aviation. As a Technical Animation Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining our animation pipelines and tools, ensuring seamless collaboration between our animation and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the animation team to design and implement efficient animation pipelines and tools
  • Develop and maintain custom scripts and tools for animation and rigging in Maya
  • Work closely with the technical team to integrate animation solutions with our game engine
  • Research and implement new technologies and solutions to improve animation workflows
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and knowledge sharing

Requirements

  • Proven experience in animation and rigging pipelines development
  • Strong understanding of Maya scripting and animation principles
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong communication and technical writing skills
  • Experience with game engines and animation software
