Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Clinical Coordinator, you will assist the Home Manager in overseeing daily operations, including:
- Leading a team of nursing professionals and care staff.
- Engaging with residents and their families to ensure their needs are met.
- Managing staff performance and providing necessary supervision.
- Participating in various administrative duties to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A valid nursing qualification (RGN, RMN, or RNLD) with an active NMC registration.
- Demonstrated experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting.
- A genuine passion for elderly care and dementia support.
- Strong organizational skills and a commitment to high standards of care.
- Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
