We are excited to present an opportunity for a Workshop Supervisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee a dedicated group of HGV Technicians, and we are seeking either a seasoned supervisor or a skilled technician eager to embrace a new challenge.

Role Overview

Location: Higher Swan Lane, Bolton

  • Salary: £46,021.53 per annum / £21.00 per hour
  • Working hours: 42 hours per week
  • Shift pattern: 4 On 4 Off
  • Company vehicle provided (available for personal use, subject to tax regulations)
  • Company mobile phone provided

Key Responsibilities:

Your daily tasks will include:

  • Allocating jobs to the team of technicians
  • Performing vehicle quality control checks and spot inspections
  • Collaborating with transport departments regarding vehicle availability
  • Prioritizing tasks to meet business demands
  • Managing costs related to parts and external maintenance
  • Conducting equipment checks in accordance with company policy
  • Overseeing health and safety measures and near-miss reporting
