Site Manager Opportunity in Roofing and Cladding

We are seeking a seasoned Site Manager to oversee roofing and cladding projects in Inverness. This role offers a chance to work with a leading contractor and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage site activities, subcontractors, and staff to ensure high-quality work
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth project delivery
  • Monitor progress, budgets, and schedules to meet project deadlines
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and building codes
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Site Manager in roofing or cladding
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications
  • Driving licence and willingness to travel within the Inverness area
What We Offer:
  • Permanent: £45k - £60k annual salary, plus package including pension, holidays, and benefits
  • Freelance: £350 per day with flexible working arrangements
