Job Opportunity: Site Manager (Roofing & Cladding)

GS3 Recruitment is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team in Inverness. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and skilled professional to manage projects in a growing company.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee all site activities related to roofing and cladding projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  2. Manage subcontractors and site staff, fostering a collaborative environment and promoting a culture of excellence.
  3. Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for all personnel.
  4. Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery, meeting client expectations and company standards.
  5. Monitor progress, budgets, and schedules, making adjustments as necessary to ensure project deadlines are met.
  6. Conduct quality control checks, ensuring compliance with all building regulations and industry standards.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience as a Site Manager in the roofing or cladding industry, with a strong track record of project delivery.
  2. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  3. Thorough understanding of health & safety protocols, with a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
  4. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources effectively.
  5. Relevant qualifications, including SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications.
  6. Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the Inverness area.
