Job Description:

Forte Engineering is seeking a highly skilled SHEQ Manager to join our team. As a SHEQ Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and environmental well-being of our employees, customers, and the wider community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on health, safety, and environmental procedures
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement sustainability initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations

Requirements:

Proven experience in a SHEQ role, Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental legislation, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Ability to work independently and as part of a team, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
