Cooper Lomaz Recruitment Ltd is collaborating with a reputable organization in Norwich to find a skilled Security Engineer. The successful candidate will become part of a well-established team, delivering on-site assistance to clients.

Role Overview:


As a Security Engineer, your responsibilities will include the installation of both hardware and software systems at client locations, which encompasses CCTV systems, fire detection systems, burglar alarms, and access control mechanisms.

This position necessitates prior experience with security technologies, including the installation, servicing, and upkeep of the associated hardware. Exceptional customer service abilities are crucial, and the candidate should be comfortable working autonomously.

Role Responsibilities:


Travel to various client sites to install, maintain, and conduct routine servicing of security systems, including CCTV, fire detection systems, burglar alarms, and access control mechanisms.

You should possess experience with relevant security software.
Provide guidance to clients regarding their products, including servicing and maintenance inquiries.

Required Skills:
Previous experience in a similar role is essential for this position.
BS7858 screening is a prerequisite for this opportunity.
A valid UK driving licence held for a minimum of 2 years is required.
Exceptional customer service skills, with effective and clear communication.

Salary, Benefits and Additional Information:
The salary ranges from £30,000 to £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Personal protective equipment and a company vehicle will be provided.
The office is located in Norwich; however, daily travel to various sites will be necessary where you will be working independently.
