Capital Equipment Sales Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Capital Equipment Sales Specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with existing customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions that meet their requirements.
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including researching potential customers and developing sales proposals.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and effective sales strategies.
  5. Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven sales experience in capital equipment sales, preferably in the industrial sector.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics, including market research and competitor analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and sales growth.
  • Full UK driving licence.
