Job Title: National Key Account Manager

SF Recruitment is partnering with a market-leading business based in Leicester to find a National Key Account Manager who will drive sales and revenue growth in the UK to meet company targets.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven National Key Account Manager to join our client's team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and targeting key accounts, building and maintaining customer relationships to ensure long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue and meet company targets
  • Identify and target key accounts to build and maintain customer relationships
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales and business objectives
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform sales strategies
Requirements and Skills:
  • Experience in pharmaceutical-related roles is essential
  • Formal marketing or sales training/background is desirable
  • Presentation skills/experience would be an advantage
  • Customer-centric, customer service experience would be an advantage
  • Familiarity with databases, producing statistics, and general sales reporting
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to develop and maintain business relationships
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Aptitude for learning
  • ABPI qualification required within 2 years of being in post
  • Willingness to learn the medical science behind the products
  • Willingness to travel within the UK and internationally when required
  • Hold a full UK driving license
What We Offer:

In return, you will receive a salary of £45,000 with a £5,000 car allowance and additional bonuses between £5,000-£10,000.
