New Homes Sales Executive Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced New Homes Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, new homes purchasers, and construction site personnel.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for referrals and business growth.
  • Manage and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize sales performance.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a focus on new homes sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and inform business decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Full UK driving licence and legal entitlement to live and work in the UK.
