Key Responsibilities:

· User Experience Enhancements: Recognize opportunities to enhance user experience and implement changes, either independently or in partnership with the UX team.

· Semantic HTML & Accessibility: Produce clean, semantic HTML with a strong focus on accessibility, ensuring a positive experience for all users, regardless of their abilities.

· Design System Contribution: Assist in the development and upkeep of our design system, ensuring uniformity across the product.

· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with product managers, designers, and fellow developers to comprehend requirements and deliver features that satisfy both user and business objectives.

Qualifications:

Technical Expertise:

· Proficiency in React & TypeScript: Extensive experience in constructing and maintaining front-end components using React and TypeScript.

· Semantic HTML Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of semantic HTML and its significance in developing accessible web applications.

· CSS & Design Systems: Skilled in CSS and experienced in contributing to or creating design systems.

Soft Skills:

· Passion for User Experience: A strong interest in UX, with the ability to showcase how you have enhanced user experience in prior projects through examples or case studies.

· Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to ensuring consistency and usability in both design and development.

· Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with designers, product teams, and cross-functional groups in an agile setting.
