Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 2nd line technical support for server and infrastructure issues
  • Collaborate with our team to resolve complex technical problems
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and firewall technologies
  • Assist with structured cabling and Wi-Fi connectivity
Requirements
  • 5 years' experience in server and infrastructure support
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Windows Server and Desktop Operating Systems
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Office 365 / Azure / Sharepoint
  • Experience with server backup configuration and management
