We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our Housekeeping team as a Cleaner at Malmaison. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of our hotel rooms and public areas.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and maintain hotel rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to the highest standards
- Carry out additional porter tasks and respond to guest requests in a timely and efficient manner
- Work collaboratively with the Housekeeping team to achieve our cleaning goals
- Provide excellent customer service and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently for periods of time. You will also need to be physically fit and able to lift and move heavy cleaning equipment and supplies.
