Internal Sales Executive Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Internal Sales Executive to join our team at GCS Associates. As a key member of our sales office, you will be responsible for interacting with customers, developing rapport, and upselling products.

About the Role:

  • Previous experience in an Internal Sales role within the construction supplies/building materials sector is essential.
  • Customer-focused with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Results-driven with a strong ability to work as part of a team.
  • Detail-conscious and personable with a business-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with customers over the phone, by email, and face-to-face.
  • Take quotation enquiries and develop rapport with customers.
  • Upsell products and services to increase sales.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets.
