About the Role:

Lime Search & Select Ltd is seeking an experienced Financial Adviser to join our team as an Apprentice Financial Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a high net worth (HNW) client book and developing new business from within the existing client bank.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Acquisition: Meet with potential new clients to understand their current and future financial planning needs.
  2. Investment Advice: Provide high-quality investment advice in accordance with current regulations and within the firm's standards and procedures.
  3. Client Retention: Maintain the existing HNW client book and retain existing clients.
  4. Professional Network: Build and maintain a strong network of professional connections.
  5. Product Development: Identify and suggest new investment propositions and make recommendations.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will have a Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning at the minimum, with strong knowledge of pensions, investments, and retirement planning. You will also have a minimum of 3-4+ years of experience working as a Financial Adviser, with a proven track record of maintaining and developing solid client relationships and professional networks within the financial advice space.
