Secondary History Teacher Opportunity

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Secondary History Teacher to join our team at Teaching Personnel. As a Secondary History Teacher, you will be responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering engaging History lessons to secondary school students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver History lessons that cater to the needs of diverse learners
  • Assess and evaluate students' progress through assignments, tests, and examinations
  • Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and teaching methods
  • Provide feedback to students and parents on academic performance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in History or a related field
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching History at the secondary level

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate qualification in Education
  • Experience using technology in the classroom
  • Participation in continuing education courses related to History teaching

Working Conditions:
